1. By purchasing from The CRAFT Box LLC, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY- We make every effort to ensure all products are available on the truck for purchase, but in some cases, items may be out of stock.

3. PRICING- All pricing is set to reflect cost and time to us. Prices do not include tax.

4. PAYMENT- We accept cash, debit or credit cards. 

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY- We are not responsible for your kit after purchase. 

6. KIDS- We sell kits for all ages but please note, most kits have small parts. Please watch your children while they're crafting and do not leave kits unattended!

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products. 

8. RETURNS/REFUNDS- Returns or exchanges are ONLY excepted the day of event and only if the kit is missing parts or damaged. NO returns or exchanges after the day of event.
